College of Science faculty take pride in providing hands-on learning experiences for students that blend academic rigor with practical applications. For instance, our students engaged in undergraduate research have learned science by exploring the unique geological terrain of our region, researching mathematical cryptography, traveling in study abroad programs to investigate habitats of the Bahamas and developing computer gaming programs.
